Meet Gledjana Leti

Gledjana Leti is a Real Estate Rental Manager at Leti Apartments, a family-run business specializing in short-term rentals. She manages a portfolio of 15 Airbnb properties in Tirana, Albania, overseeing reservations, client relations, and overall property operations. Her role combines hands-on management with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences and maintaining excellent review scores.

Working closely with her father, Gledjana helps transform apartments in need of renovation into modern, fully furnished spaces. Each property is developed from the ground up by her family’s team, ensuring unique and thoughtfully designed living environments in prime, strategic locations throughout the center of Tirana.

At just 19 years old, Gledjana balances her professional responsibilities with her studies in International Marketing and Logistics. Her experience managing family-owned rental properties has provided her with a strong foundation in property management, client service, and operational efficiency within the real estate sector.
